Please note: the days crossed out on the schedule are those on which arrivals and departures are not possible.This does not mean that there is no availability.

Stays of 3 nights or more, arrivals and departures possible every day (except July and August).

The housekeeping package is compulsory and includes beds made on arrival , bathroom linen, bathmats and two tea towels and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen and barbecue).

The price is 70 euros for one-bedroom villas, 100 euros for two-bedroom villas and 130 euros for three-bedroom villas.

Regular cleaning of the premises is provided.

A 30% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance paid on arrival.

Tourist tax on the Ile de Ré is 1.65 euros per day per adult, to be paid with the balance on the day of arrival.

Electric or hybrid vehicle charging package with a 3.7kW Green'p plug : 25 euros (to be checked on arrival)
